Position Overview
We are hiring full-time, in-house Window & Door Installers to join our installation team. This role is responsible for completing residential window and door installations with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
This is a W2 position (not subcontractor work) with consistent hours, steady workload, and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Remove and install residential windows and doors
- Ensure proper fit, insulation, sealing, and finishing
- Complete interior/exterior trim work as needed
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Follow installation standards and company processes
- Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- Experience in window/door installation OR strong carpentry/construction background
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of window/door installation experience
- Experience with full-frame and insert installs
- Trim carpentry experience
- Leadership experience (for Lead Installer track)

Within the first 90 days, installers are trained on WindowPro standards and consistently completing installs safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Success is demonstrated by strong workmanship, clean job sites, positive customer interactions, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
