Rolland Solutions is seeking a dependable, hands-on Assembler to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting equipment, and building quality products. Candidates with experience in low-voltage wiring, electronic locks, access control systems, alarms, security products, or related technical assembly work are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Assemble, refurbish, and test safes and security products.
- Install and program electronic keypads, locking systems, and related components.
- Perform basic low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting of electronic lock systems.
- Read and interpret prep sheets, work orders, and assembly instructions.
- Identify products by model number and manufacturer for proper staging and assembly.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely and effectively.
- Duplicate keys, pin cylinders, and install mechanical lock components.
- Test products to ensure proper operation and quality standards are met.
- Enter production and workflow information into the company ERP system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Experience with low-voltage systems, electronic locks, alarm systems, access control, security systems, or related technologies preferred.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electronic issues.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
