Elite Wellnes MHS, LLC We are seeking Bilingual (English–Spanish) BCBA professionals to join our team in Orange County, Central Florida. to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress. We are a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services specializing in supporting children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. In this role, Analysts will deliver ABA services across home, community, school, and office settings, while training caregivers on the implementation of behavior support plans, monitoring client progress, and providing supervision and guidance to Behavior Assistants and RBTs. Candidates must hold an active certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and have an active or eligible Medicaid Provider Number.

Duties
- Design, implement, and supervise behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, emphasizing positive reinforcement strategies and skill acquisition.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments, to identify behavioral challenges and strengths.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide training on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
- Lead intake sessions to gather comprehensive client histories and establish treatment goals aligned with individual needs.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to uphold high standards of patient care and therapeutic consistency.
- Stay current with developments in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education practices, and behavioral health guidelines to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- English and Spanish Language Skills
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to behavioral health services.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including those with disabilities in educational or clinical settings.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality is essential.
