COFFEE EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Position Summary
Condaxis Coffee is seeking an experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technician with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial coffee and espresso equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and be capable of providing exceptional customer service while working independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial coffee equipment including:
- Espresso machines
- Bean-to-cup brewers
- Drip coffee brewers
- Coffee grinders
- Hot water towers
- Tea brewing equipment
- Water filtration systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance services.
- Install and commission new coffee and beverage equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and electronic control issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory usage.
- Educate customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and organization.
- Communicate equipment and customer issues effectively with management.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial coffee equipment repair experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Electrical systems (120V, 208V, and 240V)
- Plumbing systems
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Electronic controls and diagnostics
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications - IDEAL but not required
- Factory certifications from manufacturers such as:
- La Marzocco
- Nuova Simonelli
- Victoria Arduino
- BUNN
- Curtis
- Fetco
- Franke
- WMF
- Schaerer
- Eversys
- Water treatment and filtration experience.
- EPA refrigeration certification (preferred but not required ).
- Experience with network-connected coffee equipment and telemetry systems.
- ANY HVAC or BEVERAGE Machine or Vending Machine experience is a highly transferable skill to our world and we welcome those applicants.

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
