Job description
We are looking for a cosmetics building maintenance person at the Crown Center Complex. The individual's daily activities will include carpentry, painting, drywall, tile flooring, remodeling, wall covering, door repair,& drop ceiling replacement/repair.

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 3 p.m.-11 p.m. with 6% differential on top of base rate.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
-Minimum two years’ experience in construction trades; drywall, painting, finish work.
-Ability to prioritize work orders and complete job according to goals with attention to detail and accuracy.
-Demonstrates strong and effective customer service and relationship building skills.
-Perform at high levels in a fast‐paced ever‐changing work environment.
-Ability to work independently; capable to take ownership of assigned tasks and to anticipate work requirement.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required and two years general experience in building cosmetics, repair and maintenance work; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications Needed
-Valid Drivers’ Licenses
