The Opportunity
Keller Williams is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-minded Market Center Administrator (MCA) to help lead the daily operations of our Market Center and support the success of our agents and leadership team.
The MCA is the operational backbone of the office — partnering closely with leadership to ensure systems, financials, communication, and the overall agent experience run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure and accountability, and takes pride in helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
- Oversee and improve Market Center operational systems and workflows
- Maintain and organize office procedures, systems documentation, and operational manuals
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and automation
- Support compliance and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and daily financial operations
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and operational reporting
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial accountability within the Market Center
- Work closely with leadership on profitability tracking and financial systems
Leadership & Team Support
- Partner closely with the leadership team to support Market Center goals and growth
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, training schedules, and office events
- Maintain reporting, productivity trackers, and operational dashboards
- Help facilitate weekly leadership and team meetings
Agent Experience & Transactions
- Communicate professionally with agents, clients, vendors, and business partners
- Help ensure a consistent, high-level experience throughout transactions and office interactions
- Support onboarding and training coordination for new agents and staff
Team Operations & Accountability
- Track production metrics, goals, and office performance data
- Support accountability systems and follow-up processes
- Assist with recruiting support, onboarding, and growth initiatives when needed
Vendor & Office Management
- Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and operational partners
- Coordinate office equipment, supplies, and technology needs
- Work alongside transaction coordinators, virtual assistants, and other support professionals
Qualifications
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management experience required
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
- Team-oriented with a servant leadership mentality
- Professional, dependable, and highly accountable
Required Technology Skills
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, communication)
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software preferred
Highly Preferred
- Experience working in a real estate office, brokerage, or real estate team environment
- Familiarity with Keller Williams systems, terminology, and culture is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
