Duties
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure timely stock placement.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently during load & unload activities.
- Support shipping logistics by preparing shipments in compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency in order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying shipment quantities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $17.40 - $20.10 per hour
