Position Description:
We are currently seeking a candidate with strong people skills and customer service experience to fill a Full-Time Lead Teller position in our Laurel Branch. The Lead Teller will handle vault cash management, branch balancing paperwork, and process teller transactions. Guide and advise tellers in the efficient and accurate handling of member needs. Solve member problems and assist tellers with complex issues. Trains and monitors the work of other tellers.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School or High School equivalency diploma
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Previous teller experience preferred

- Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to help members improve their financial lives and relieve financial stress.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Applicants will be required to submit to a background check; credit report review; and pre-employment skill testing.
- Ability to work extra hours as needed.
Schedule:
Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 and 4:30 and Saturday between the hours of 8:30 and 1:00. Saturday hours are required.
