Responsibilities
Provide outpatient nursing care with emphasis on accuracy and patient safety.
Administer medications and injections per physician orders and safety protocols.
Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assess patient needs, document findings, and update care plans promptly.
Monitor and respond to patient conditions, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure data integrity.
Proactively pursue professional development and skill enhancement opportunities.
Coordinate referrals and communicate treatment plans to patients and families.
Support performance targets via daily activity tracking and KPI reporting.
Participate in a collaborative team environment while owning personal outcomes.
Utilize care pipelines to identify opportunities for patient care optimization.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the facility's state.
Proven outpatient nursing experience and strong patient safety focus.
Administer medications and injections per physician orders following safety protocols.
Strong clinical judgment to monitor and escalate patient conditions.
Infection control adherence and compliance with regulatory standards.
Proficiency with electronic health records and data integrity assurance.
Ability to assess, document, and update care plans promptly.
KPI-focused performance mindset with ability to track daily activity and targets.
Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill advancement.
