The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating pediatric and select adult patients for physical therapy as a result of injury or disease; administering treatment, fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and splints; documenting evaluation results or patient progress, and providing patient and family education and communicates with outside agencies and referral sources.
This is an outpatient setting that will promote multi-disciplinary communication to provide the best service possible to children and their families. Schedule will be flexible. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in physical therapy; State of Tennessee licensure.
- 2. Previous physical therapy work experience in a pediatric setting preferred or clinical affiliation in the area of pediatrics.
- Obtain, possess, and maintain current CPR/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years
Responsibility:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations of clients referred to physical therapy
- Conduct individual therapy sessions according to individual needs
- Create engaging relationship with parents to encourage carry over of skills at home.
- Operate all therapy equipment according to manufacturers and center guidelines
- Prepare reports of evaluation and reevaluations
- Maintain accurate records of services provided for billing purposes
- Maintain current daily notes
- Adhere to policies and procedures of Get Set Grow Therapies, LLC
- Assist in providing a safe environment for all patients and staff
- Assist with problem solving to improve efficiency within the clinic'
