We are seeking a hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Sr. Analyst to support a business process and ownership transition within GTO Reservation and Revenue Management organizations.
This role will be embedded with business and technology stakeholders to document process changes, assess impacts, coordinate readiness activities, support communications and training efforts, and help drive adoption of a new self-service operating model.
The role will serve as a practical bridge between project delivery teams and impacted business users, and interact directly with the client on a daily basis (onsite) and report to the company's OCM team on the account for support and oversight as needed.
Ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive OCM analyst who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, documenting change, coordinating readiness activities, and helping teams successfully adopt new processes and responsibilities.
This individual should be comfortable facilitating discussions, creating polished client-facing materials, and translating business changes into practical actions for impacted teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Readiness & Change Support:
Partner closely with GTO and Revenue Management stakeholders to understand current-state and future-state processes.
Document role, responsibility, process, and ownership changes.
Identify stakeholder groups and assess impacts to people, processes, and ways of working.
Maintain readiness and adoption tracking activities.
Communications & Engagement:
Develop and coordinate communications that explain what is changing, why it is changing, and what actions stakeholders need to take.
Support leadership messaging, FAQs, talking points, and project updates.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, feedback discussions, and readiness conversations.
Support change champion activities and stakeholder outreach efforts.
Training & Knowledge Transfer:
Support training needs analysis and coordinate training readiness activities.
Assist with developing job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, and handover materials.
Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and stakeholder follow-up activities.
Help reinforce learning adoption before and after go-live.
Adoption & Resistance Management:
Track readiness risks, adoption barriers, and resistance themes.
Escalate risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Support go-live readiness activities and post-launch adoption reinforcement.
Gather stakeholder feedback and provide insights on organizational readiness.
Project Support:
Maintain change management plans, action logs, stakeholder lists, and status reporting.
Support workshops and working sessions with business and technology teams.
Prepare executive-ready presentations, meeting materials, and progress updates.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Readiness, Training, Communications, Project Coordination, HR Transformation, or related fields.
Experience supporting organizational, process, technology, or operating model changes.
Strong facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, communications, training materials, and process documentation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications:
PROSCI or change management methodology exposure.
Consulting experience preferred.
Experience supporting technology-enabled transformations.
Experience with stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and readiness assessments.
Experience within hospitality, travel, cruise, reservation, revenue management, or customer operations environments is a plus

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
