Duties
- Set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and necessary supplies, ensuring everything is inviting and well-stocked
- Prepare food items with proper food handling techniques, including basic meal preparation and cooking as needed
- Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide excellent guest services to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, buffet stations, and kitchen surfaces through regular cleaning and bussing duties
- Restock supplies, manage food safety standards, and ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and food safety regulations
- Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, catering assistant, or banquet server is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling safety, and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties, bussing tables, and maintaining a tidy environment throughout shifts
