Paint & Epoxy Technician
GR8 Paint & Epoxy is looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team. We specialize in professional painting and epoxy flooring projects for residential and commercial customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting and epoxy applications
- Apply paint, coatings, and epoxy products professionally
- Assist with masking, sanding, patching, grinding, and surface preparation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow project instructions and company safety procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
- Load, unload, and properly care for tools and equipment
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
- Travel to different job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work
- Previous painting, construction, or epoxy experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be willing to follow safety rules and company standards
