Position Summary
Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty is seeking a dynamic, growth minded Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and support the success of our agents and office. This individual will serve as a coach, recruiter, leader, and culture builder while driving agent productivity, engagement, recruiting, retention, and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities
Agent Development & Productivity
- Coach and support agents in achieving their business goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and small group meetings with agents to review performance, opportunities, and business activity planning.
- Encourage participation in company training, coaching, technology, and productivity programs.
- Assist agents in identifying opportunities to increase production and improve business performance.
Recruiting & Retention
- Meet established recruiting goals for attracting real estate professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective agents.
- Conduct recruiting appointments and follow up activities.
- Support onboarding and integration of newly affiliated agents.
- Develop strategies that contribute to agent retention and engagement.
Leadership & Culture
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative office environment.
- Promote and reinforce the company's mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead office meetings, training events, contests, and recognition programs.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Market Growth & Business Development
- Assist in developing strategies to increase office production and market share.
- Monitor office performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with company leadership on initiatives designed to strengthen market presence and agent success.
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and competitive conditions.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and performance data.
- Supervise office administrative personnel and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate license.
- Previous real estate sales management, brokerage leadership, recruiting, coaching, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills are important.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and motivate sales professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
