I am hiring for a part time assistant position. Looking for someone who is eager, and ready to take on a lot! This is what I’m looking for -
- Must be tech savvy - you love gmail and google drive. You easily pick up how to use new websites & platforms
- Organized, organized, organized! - you love writing in your planner, everything is on your calendar, and you never miss a beat!
- You can handle a large workload - this is NOT for someone who doesn’t like to work. Real estate is going, going, going and there will be a lot of tasks!
- Task management - you come in to work, you know what needs done, and you do it. You can decide which tasks need to be prioritized. Plus remind me of anything I need to do!
Other Requirements:

- Communication skills (phone/email/text)
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- QuickBooks experience is a huge plus!
Quick Job Description:
- Handling all paperwork associated with each transaction
- Communicating with vendors, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other Realtors
- Scheduling closings, photography sessions, inspections, repairs etc.
- Keeping up with files from the beginning to closing
- Putting out lock boxes, yard signs, and picking up checks
- Coordinate and keeping my marketing guru in the loop on closings, new listings, and what is going Under Contract
*You are handling several under contract buyers, several listings, and several clients looking for homes all at once. Most of the time, there is A LOT going on at one time, you must be capable of keeping it all on track*
