We have a long term opportunity for an experienced recruiter in the banking field. They need someone to start ASAP and this temp project may go through the end of the year. If you are the right fit, it may end being a full time job. Must have previous RECRUITING experience, preferably in the finance space and will require a degree unless you have substantial experience in this exact type of role. Great organization, Great boss, and Great team to work with. Starting salary is $28-30/HR (possibly higher for senior level experience). M-F, 8-5. On site, downtown office. Professional attire. REQS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred
3+ years’ experience in recruiting or a HR generalist functionPrevious banking industry experience highly preferred
Working Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; Workday experience preferred
Strong oral and writing communication skills
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
