Ohman Family Living is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long term care environment, supporting residents through clinical care, medication administration, and collaboration with the nursing team.
Our LPNs play a key role in providing quality care while working closely with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and physicians to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective care.
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Setting: Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Rehabilitation
Schedule Options: Full Time, Part Time, PRN
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor resident health and report changes in condition to the RN or physician
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs / STNAs)
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio
- Strong clinical and medication administration skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and care staff
- Compassionate and resident focused approach to care
Licensed Practical Nurse experience in skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospital, or nursing home settings encouraged to apply.
