Usawa Wellness Services is a community-focused mental health practice dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of individuals and families across San Antonio. Our mission is to provide culturally responsive, compassionate care that promotes healing, resilience, and overall well-being. We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards

Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources to support continuity of care

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution

Current and valid LMSW or LPC Associate license in the state of Texas

Strong clinical skills with children, adolescents, adults, or couples

Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

On-site supervision for LCSW or LPC licensure

Supportive leadership and mentorship

Professional development and continuing education support

Collaborative team environment

Experience working with military families or familiarity with military culture

Experience in working with couples

EMDR training or interest in trauma-informed approaches
