Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sign Production Manager to lead our sign manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of signage, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing processes through continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a skilled team to meet organizational goals. Your expertise in manufacturing management systems and supply chain analytics will drive operational excellence and innovation in our sign production facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of sign production, from design to final assembly, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines
- Develop and implement production schedules utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and other manufacturing management tools to optimize workflow efficiency
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure materials are available for uninterrupted production cycles
- Supervise and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability through effective team leadership and cross-functional communication
- Monitor production data using Excel data analysis techniques to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and improve overall process performance
- Collaborate with design, engineering, quality control, and supply chain departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless integration across functions
Requirements
- Proven experience in signage production management within a manufacturing
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking
- Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and manufacturing equipment used in sign production
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and stakeholders

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
