Position: Production Associate
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345
Duration: 12 Month-Contract
Experience: Entry-level; medical device experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities
· Perform routine assembly and manufacturing tasks under supervision.
· Assemble high-quality medical devices and components in a manufacturing environment.
· Assemble, repair, and test medical device components such as pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related assemblies.
· Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
· Use a microscope for detailed inspection and assembly work.
· Follow written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures.
Requirements
· Entry-level assembly or manufacturing skills.
· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
· Ability to carefully follow written and verbal instructions.
· Basic understanding of quality inspection and attention to detail.
· Ability to read and understand basic English instructions (approximately 7th-grade level).
· Comfortable using a microscope for inspection and assembly.
· Ability to work in a position that involves approximately 40–50% sitting and 40–50% standing.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
