Cactus Ridge Services is a fast-growing, locally owned Texas company looking for a Lead HVAC Technician / Field Manager to help build one of the best HVAC teams in North Texas.
Unlike many of the large private equity-backed companies, we're not driven by investors or unrealistic sales quotas. We believe in taking care of our customers, supporting our team, and building a company people are proud to work for.
This is a management position. You'll still spend time in the field, but you'll also lead technicians, mentor apprentices, ensure quality workmanship, and help shape the future of our HVAC division.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC technicians
- Manage daily field operations and job quality
- Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Complete Manual J load calculations and proper equipment sizing
- Help train and develop new technicians
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating installs and service work
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience
- Work alongside ownership to grow the HVAC department
Qualifications
- Texas A/C & Refrigeration Technician License (Required)
- Texas HVAC Comfort Specialist Certification (Preferred)
- Strong experience performing Manual J load calculations
- Residential HVAC installation and service expertise
- Proven leadership experience or the desire to move into management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside in or near Denton County or Tarrant County

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
