- Number of Beds 20
- # and type of staff:
- Day Shift 1 charge, 4 RN, 2 CNA
- Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 RN, 2 CNA
- Patient Ratios 1:5/ 1:6 stretch dependent on level of care
- Inpatient overflow unit w/mixed level of care- medical surgical and/or step-down patients bedded on this unit
- Short stay (<24 hr LOS) patients target to this unit.
- Quick turnover
- Type of equipment telemetry; if telemetry monitoring indicated, all patients hardwired to bedside monitor.
- EMR - Cerner
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Telemetry competency
- Progressive Care experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Recent progressive care experience

Floating Area(s):
- Travelers will be required to float to other units if needed.
Dress Code :
- Scrub Color/Attire - Navy and or/ white top, navy bottom, all white
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
- Every other weekend required, no call required
