Compensation: Base pay plus bonuses
M&D Construction, a home improvement company in Fayetteville, NC, is experiencing growth and is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial drive.
Sales Representatives meet with potential customers in their home to discuss their home improvement needs (including: roof replacement, roof repairs, vinyl siding, window replacement, painting, flooring, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, sunrooms, decks, and more) while providing high quality customer service. Prior sales experience is not required. We are looking for self-motivated, determined, willing-to-learn individuals who can embrace the challenges that come with the responding to each customer's unique needs and desires. Communication, presentation, negotiating, and follow up skills are to be utilized as each opportunity.
All Sales Representatives are 1099 independent contractors.
Vaild Drivers license, auto insurance, and vehicle required
