INSTITUTIONAL SERVICE ANALYST
Base salary plus monthly/quarterly incentives plus annual bonus
This position is extremely visible and in due time can / will lead to other opportunities within the department and company.
- Provide service / sales support for highly active portfolio manager(s) and members of team
- Prepare correspondence for internal and external clients
- Daily review and maintenance of client accounts, including any changes or cash/security movements and insufficient funds for scheduled remittances
- Assist in the creation, coordination, and completion of team marketing material and client reporting
- Interact with internal departments to resolve any account discrepancies
- Process account openings/closings, transfers, address changes and other client requests
- Handle client inquiries regarding account information, online access, documentation and reporting
- Support administration for Institutional Separately Managed Accounts
- Prepare materials for Account Reviews across different business lines
- Answer, screen and route high volume of time sensitive phone calls; communicate accurate and detailed messages
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
Degree with 1-3+ years experience preferred, financial planners / advisors are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Candidate needs to be team oriented and yet also be able to work independently with minimal guidance/ supervision
- Familiarity with Mutual Fund, UCITS, SMA, and Sub-Advised business lines
- Ability to effectively interact with people across all levels of the business.
- Ability to take initiative and meet clear deadlines
- Series 7 & 63/65 or 66 preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
