Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a Remote BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct patient assessments, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress. Duties
- Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake evaluations, to determine individualized treatment needs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on client progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff working directly with clients
- Ensure all services adhere to best practices in behavioral health, special education, and patient care standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and medical records management
- Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures in behavioral health settings
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple clients effectively

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
