Responsibilities
- Assist payroll team with day-to-day functions, including but not limited to: payroll processing, data entry, and review
- Work with the General Manager on HR consulting projects
- Spearhead marketing initiatives, including direct mail campaigns, social media postings, and management
- Help with clean up of systems and files
Skills
- Strong understanding of human capital management principles and employment & labor law compliance
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, document preparation, and project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using project management tools and demonstrate strategic planning capabilities
