Your Impact
As Senior Manager, Cloud Operations & Digital Workplace, you will help build and scale the technology foundation that supports our employees, manufacturing operations, and continued growth. You'll lead cloud operations, end-user technology, and service delivery while ensuring our technology environment remains secure, reliable, and efficient.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day cloud operations, digital workplace services, and end-user technology support
- Own and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and other enterprise technology platforms
- Drive automation and process improvements that improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Partner with Information Security to maintain secure identity, endpoint, and access management practices
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring strong performance across incidents, requests, changes, and problem resolution
- Oversee endpoint management, patching, device compliance, and operational governance activities
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning efforts
- Develop and track operational metrics including uptime, SLA performance, user satisfaction, and service quality
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and managed service providers
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing cloud operations and support team
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure, IT operations, or related technology functions
- Prior experience leading technical teams and driving operational improvements
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and cloud-first technology environments
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, endpoint management, and identity services
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational best practices
- Experience implementing automation, monitoring, and operational tooling
- Strong understanding of modern identity, access management, and endpoint security concepts
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus
