Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and operating smoothly throughout the shift.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, prep areas, and storage spaces.
- Empty trash and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities.
