Overview:
W&W Structural is seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to lead crews in the field and drive projects to successful completion. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and knows how to keep a team motivated and productive on the job site.

What You’ll Do:
· Lead and supervise ironworker crews on active job sites
· Coordinate daily tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
· Read and interpret structural steel drawings and plans
· Ensure crews are properly trained, equipped, and following all safety standards
· Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to meet project goals
· Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site organization
· Troubleshoot issues in real-time and keep projects moving forward
· Accurately complete daily reports, timekeeping, and incident documentation
What We’re Looking For:
· 5+ years of ironworking experience (required)
· Certified welder with strong hands-on experience
· Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
· Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, standing, walking for extended periods)
· Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA standards
· Reliable, team-oriented, and able to lead by example
· Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and managing construction timelines
· Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, eligible to operate company vehicles
· OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, but not required
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

· Monday – Friday, possible weekend work with overtime opportunities
