Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ND or ARNP to join our healthcare team. As a practitioner at Ballard Natural Medicine, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. We are looking for a provider with at least 1 year of experience in primary care and pediatrics. Specialty interests such as ASD, ADHD, EDS, POTS, fertility, other specialties, would be a great addition to our team, but interest and experience in family pracitce are essential.

- Knowledge of pediatric care and ability to provide primary care for patients of all ages

About Us:
Ballard Natural Medicine is a busy, well-established integrative medical clinic in the heart of Ballard. We have a beautiful light-filled office with a fantastic group of providers and support staff. Our practice is currently made up of four naturopathic physicians all practicing primary care with various specialties including pediatrics, women's health, dermatology, chronic disease, and mind body medicine; an acupuncturist; office manager; and front desk coordinator. We are a cohesive, friendly, professional team with a collaborative work environment.
We are looking for at least a 2-year commitment of 3-4 patient care days plus administrative time related to patient care.
Compensation:
- Employee position, not independent contractor
- Our pay is competitive, base salary with a tiered percentage-based split
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays included
- CE allowance, license fee coverage, and malpractice coverage.
