Underground Utilities & Land Development Manager

- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling, tracking milestones, and adjusting plans as needed
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Oversee construction site activities to maintain safety protocols, quality standards, and timely completion of work.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations to optimize project costs.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues; communicate updates clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or commercial sites.
- Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction estimating processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of contracts administration, including change orders and scope management.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
