Door & Glass Innovations, Inc. is looking for an experienced and motivated Glazier / Glass Installer to join our team. We are a growing company specializing in commercial and residential glass, doors, storefront systems, and related installation work.
Position
Glazier / Glass Installer
Responsibilities
- Install, replace, and repair various types of glass
- Install commercial and residential doors and door hardware
- Install storefront and glass entrance systems
- Measure openings accurately and verify dimensions
- Handle, transport, and safely install glass
- Remove and replace existing glass and framing systems
- Install aluminum framing, glazing systems, and related components
- Perform caulking, sealing, weatherproofing, and finishing work
- Read and follow measurements, drawings, and installation instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other trades
Qualifications
- Previous glazing, glass installation, door installation, or related construction experience preferred
- Ability to safely handle and install glass
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure accurately
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift and safely handle heavy materials
Experienced glaziers are strongly encouraged to apply.
We are also willing to consider candidates with construction, carpentry, door installation, or other related trade experience who are looking to learn the glazing trade.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive — based on experience and skill level
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
Location: Massachusetts & Rhode Island service areas
