McRae’s is a fast growing, family-owned company based out of West Allis, WI. Looking to hire Part-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers. You will be responsible for hauling U.S. mail to various locations.
Routes originate in West Allis, WI and service various locations. This is great PT work for making extra money!
Option #1:
- Friday and Saturday afternoons starting between 1500-1730
- Additional days during week--may head south or north
- Hrs./week vary based on route (2-3 drivers)
Option #2:
- Saturday only--west toward Madison
- Start: 1300 Ends: 1850 (W Allis start)
- 5.83 hrs. (Trip 58)
Option#3:
- Friday nights--north towards Port Washington
- Start: 2335 Ends: 0720 (W Allis start)
- 7.83 hrs. (Trips 13/14/9)*
Contract Pay Breakdown:
Base Pay: $31.96/hr.; Fringe pay: $5.95* to $6.16/hr.
Fringe pay: Allocated to a 401k (up to 80 hrs./payroll period)
Holiday pay: There are 11 postal holidays
Vacation pay: (After a year of service)
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- 2 years current verifiable driving
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Postal badge
- Must be able to pass USPS background check
- No preventable DOT accidents, suspensions, or revoked Driver license in the past 3 years
- No DUI's
- No drug convictions within last 7 years
- All male applicants born after 1-1-1960 must be registered with the selective service in order to get clearance for a U.S. Postal badge
- Pass a DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test
- Current Fed Med card
- Must be at least 23 years old
Pay: $31.96 - $38.12 per hour
