This role supports the lead carpet cleaning tech on residential and commercial jobs. It's hands-on, physical work. You'll drive the van, help with equipment, prep rooms, and make sure each job runs smooth. Good for someone who likes staying busy and doesn't mind working in the heat.
Main Duties
- Drive the company van to and from job sites
- Help load and unload hoses, wands, and cleaning gear
- Move small furniture when needed
- Pre-treat carpets and assist with spot cleaning
- Work alongside the lead tech during cleaning
- Keep the van organized and stocked
- Talk with customers in a friendly, respectful way
- Follow basic safety steps and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 23 or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ Ibs
- Comfortable working in hot weather
- Reliable transportation to the shop
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Shows up on time, no drama
Pay
Daily minimum pay or $16/hr - whichever is higher. Tips included.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
