We’re looking for a strong leader with service/repair experience to help run our busy shop. If you’ve been a lead mechanic, foreman, or service advisor and are ready to step up, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily shop workflow and support mechanics
- Open/close repair orders and schedule jobs
- Communicate with customers and provide updates
- Help drive efficiency, productivity, and upsells
- Support Service Manager in day-to-day operations
What We Need:
- REQUIRED: Lead mechanic, foreman, or service advisor experience
- Background in trucking, trailers, heavy equipment, or automotive
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Good with customers and team communication
- Computer skills
