AP Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) – Burbank, CA
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company in Burbank, CA.
Up to $35 per hour. Interview and start ASAP.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounts payable expereince
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and payments
- Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices
- Reconcile inventory-related invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Inventory required
- Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
- Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries
- Assist with AP aging, month-end close, and account reconciliations
- Partner with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure accurate transaction processing
- Sage or NetSuite experience preferred
Pay: $28.68 - $34.54 per hour
