Overview
Nurtured Roots Counseling is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed mental health therapist to join our growing private practice in Brookfield, WI. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships while also providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults.
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Experience and confidence providing couples therapy for majority of caseload
- Training in evidence-based couples therapy approaches (e.g., Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, etc.) preferred
- Comfortable working with adolescents (14+) and adults
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing culturally responsive, affirming, and client-centered care
