- Oversee and manage daily resident services, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of caregivers and service staff, fostering a positive and effective working environment.
- Develop and implement service plans, coordinate activities, and manage staff schedules to meet the diverse needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and provide seamless service.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth to uphold service excellence.
- Experience: Previous experience in residential care services and team leadership is required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities to lead and inspire the team.
- Empathy: A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of residents through exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Preferred Qualification: Active Administrator’s License for the State of Oregon preferred.
