We’re hiring a high-energy, results-driven Membership Sales Specialist to drive new memberships and deliver an exceptional first experience for every guest.
What You’ll Earn

What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused)
- Convert leads into memberships (phone, text, and in-person)
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals

Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
We are looking for team members with flexible availability, including:
- Early mornings: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Evenings: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends required: Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
You must be available for weekends and a mix of shifts to be considered.
