POSITION: Sr. Product Owner
WORK LOCATION: May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
DUTIES:
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into a defined product vision and a long-term roadmap for development.
- Conduct data-driven competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation and technology innovation.
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories, and maintain the prioritized feature backlog to meet release schedules.
- Work closely with engineering, UX design, IT, and sales teams as a functional lead to ensure the delivery of scalable product solutions.
- Handle the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including concept validation, technical feasibility, launch, and future iterations.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to review product designs and ensure they meet usability standards and user experience goals.
- Monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis to recommend adjustments to the product roadmap.
- Provide regular updates on product status, project risks, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and business units.
- Use post-launch reviews and customer feedback to identify and implement continuous improvements to the product
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (will accept any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree) in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems. MIS or Computer Science plus 5 year’s experience in job offered or in any occupation where 5 years of product management experience was gained. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience in B2B distribution.
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
JIRA, ERP, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Skills listed here need not be maintained continuously over the full term of experience.
SALARY $161,452.81per year
