Youthful Solutions is a trusted, established wellness and medical aesthetics practice led by Dr. Laurette Smith, a board-certified OB/GYN with over 20 years of clinical experience and 10+ years successfully owning and operating a wellness/medspa practice.
Dr. Smith is personally seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional and regenerative medicine—and who would be excited about the opportunity to work closely with her, build deep expertise in our most popular services, and potentially transition into ownership/leadership of the practice before her planned retirement in 2027. This is a rare chance to step into a turnkey, profitable practice with an established patient base, proven systems, and a supportive founder who is committed to a smooth handover to the right partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations (in-person and via telemedicine) for hormone balancing, peptide therapies, medical weight loss, and wellness programs
Perform bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), including hormone pellet insertions and ongoing monitoring
Lead doctor-supervised medical weight loss management, including GLP-1 therapies, personalized plans, and patient follow-up
Review and interpret laboratory results to guide treatment adjustments and develop evidence-based care plans
Manage telemedicine patients, including virtual consultations, progress tracking, and remote prescribing/adjustments
Oversee peptide therapy protocols and provide patient education on functional/integrative wellness
Collaborate directly with Dr. Smith on complex cases, treatment optimization, and practice development
Qualifications:
Active Texas APRN license and national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C preferred)
2+ years of clinical experience in functional/integrative medicine, hormone therapy (BHRT/pellet experience strongly preferred), medical weight loss, or wellness
Proficiency in lab interpretation, telemedicine platforms, and minor procedures (e.g., pellet insertions)
Experience with GLP-1 therapies, peptides, and regenerative medicine a plus
Excellent patient communication skills and genuine passion for anti-aging, hormone optimization, and helping patients thrive
Telehealth experience highly desirable
Interest in practice growth and potential future ownership/leadership strongly preferred
