Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation standards
- Support catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant settings
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Experience with meal preparation, menu planning, and food service operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, along with catering or serving background
