Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

Perform preventative maintenance, tune‑ups, and system evaluations

Provide homeowners with clear explanations and repair options

Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and residential code requirements

Accurately complete service tickets and maintain organized documentation

Maintain a clean and well‑stocked service vehicle

Participate in required training sessions and team meetings

2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

EPA Certification required

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
