Job Summary
We are actively looking for members to join our driving team! Summer is a great time to work with our on-staff trainers to prepare for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. We have multiple positions open in our Waconia, Watertown, and Shakopee locations. We are a family owned and operated school bus company and have been servicing the West Metro since 1938.
We are seeking van drivers and school bus drivers for morning and afternoon shifts. We also offer extra-curricular activity driving for field trips and sports teams. The position is great for someone looking for some extra income, parents who would like a job where they can bring their children with to work, and the retired community looking for a workplace where they can enjoy our social setting and spend time making a positive impact on our community.
Duties
- Safely operate a school bus or van following designated routes and schedules.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
Experience
- Previous experience in school bus driving or paratransit services is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
- A valid drivers license is required for this position.
