Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory control, order processing, material handling, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. This position requires forklift operation, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and shipping documentation.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory transactions.
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Organize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and customer shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
