The Role: We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and client-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our firm. You will be the face and voice of our office, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all clients and visitors. This role is critical to our daily operations and requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Welcome: Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls with a clear and courteous telephone demeanor.
- Scheduling: Manage the office calendar, scheduling and confirming client appointments.
- Office Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing incoming/outgoing mail, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality.
