About the Role
Atlas Community Care is a Medicaid-funded family caregiver and personal care agency serving Montana communities. We're seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to serve as our Nurse Supervisor, providing clinical oversight for our Community First Choice Services (CFCS) and Personal Care Services (PCS) programs. **Prior hands-on experience with Montana Medicaid CFCS/PCS is required** — this role calls for someone who already knows the program's assessment, care planning, and supervisory visit requirements and can apply them from day one. This is a flexible, part-time role well suited to an experienced RN looking for supervisory work outside of a traditional facility setting.
Responsibilities
* Travel to meet with clients in the community to complete intakes and assessments
* Conduct caregiver competency reviews and complete required sign-offs
* Provide clinical supervision and oversight of personal care attendants and caregivers
* Conduct initial and ongoing supervisory visits in accordance with Montana Medicaid CFCS/PCS and program requirements
* Review and help develop individualized care and service plans
* Serve as the clinical point of contact for caregivers and clients
* Support documentation, quality assurance, and compliance activities
**Travel & Mileage**
This role requires travel to meet with clients and caregivers for intakes, assessments, and competency review sign-offs. Atlas reimburses mileage for travel beyond 15 miles (one-way) at the current IRS standard mileage rate. Trips within 15 miles are not separately reimbursed.
Requirements
* Active, unrestricted Montana RN license (in good standing)
* **Required: Documented experience providing nursing oversight or supervision within Montana Medicaid CFCS and/or PCS programs** (e.g., completing member assessments, developing service plans, conducting supervisory visits, or reviewing attendant competencies under a Montana CFCS/PCS provider). Candidates without Montana CFCS/PCS experience will not be considered.
* Prior experience in home care, community-based services, or attendant/personal care
* Strong understanding of care planning and supervisory documentation
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-person visits
* Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
**To Apply**
