Ceramic Tile Installer
Job Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled tile installation professionals to help complete our residential remodeling projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently deliver high-quality workmanship become our preferred partners for recurring jobs throughout the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Install ceramic floor tile in an approximately 84 sq. ft. kitchen (12' × 7') using a straight grid pattern.
- Install floor tile in an approximately 49 sq. ft. bathroom (7' × 7') using a 50% staggered (brick) pattern.
- Install customer-supplied ceramic tile backsplash measuring approximately 18 sq. ft. (2' × 9'). Final layout will be confirmed prior to installation.
- Perform professional layout, cutting, fitting, grouting, and final cleanup.
- Cut tile around walls, cabinets, doorways, and other necessary obstructions.
- Leave the work area clean and remove normal installation debris.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of professional ceramic tile installation experience.
- Must provide all necessary tile installation tools.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must take clear before, during, and after photos of the project.
- Must maintain a clean, professional job site and remove all installation debris upon completion.
- Ability to communicate professionally with the project manager and homeowner.
PAY
Pay: $1000.00
Pay is issued on a Net 7 payment schedule following project completion and required documentation.
