Our current practice areas span Immigration Law, Family Law, Business Law, and Contract Law. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking several dynamic and dedicated Paralegals to join our legal team. Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct exhaustive legal research to support case preparation and substantive legal analysis.
- Document Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents—including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda—with precision and clarity.
- Case Assistance: Support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including Immigration, Family Law, Contracts, Personal Injury, and general litigation.
- Procedural Support: Assist attorneys during negotiations, mediations, and trial proceedings to achieve favorable case outcomes.
- Administrative Management: Organize and maintain case files while efficiently handling internal legal administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues on complex cases requiring in-depth research and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in a law firm setting, specifically within Immigration, Family, or Contract Law.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional legal research capabilities with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive legal analysis.
- Writing Excellence: Superior legal writing skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and well-structured legal documents.
- Operational Proficiency: Expert in drafting legal instruments and experienced in managing administrative duties within a fast-paced law firm environment.
