Qualifications:
- Active health insurance license (required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English (speak, read, write - required)
- Experience with ACA and/or private health plans is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Training Period: Two weeks of paid training at $20.50 per hour
- Post-Training Pay: Upon achieving productivity goals you will be eligible for an increase up to $24.00 per hour
- 90-Day Evaluation: Eligible for a performance-based raise of up to $26.00 per hour
- One-Year Review: Eligible for a merit-based increase of up to $29.00 per hour, based on performance and contribution

- Weekly Spot Bonuses for outstanding performance or going above and beyond
- Weekly Attendance Bonuses for perfect attendance
- Monthly Overall Bonuses based on team and individual performance metrics
